Next to a tree, close to the northern shore of the water, you can find 180 5.45x39 mm rounds, 180 5.56x45 mm rounds, two medkits and two energy drinks. West of where you start the game, north-east of the Burnt Farmstead you can find a GP-25 and a PSO-1m attachment, along with three VOG-25 grenades hidden behind a rock.
Inside a small room at the Dredge Station you can find a bottle of vodka and a can of food the door is blocked by a crate and you'll have to break it to open the door. Up in one of the trees you can find two radioprotectant drugs and a medkit. South of the Dredge Station you'll notice two bare trees without any branches or leaves. Underneath the walkway going out to the Dredge Station you can find 150 9x18 mm rounds and 100 9x19 mm FMJ rounds, the ammo is sitting on one of the pontoons holding the walkway afloat. Slightly south-west of the Boiler Anomaly you'll see a rock with a small tree next to it - on the ground between them you'll find three RGD-5 grenades. North-east of the Dredge Station close to the border of the map, past a large rock, you can find a PMm along with 100 9x18 mm rounds up in a tree I don't think you can actually reach the items, so you'll probably have to shoot them down.
